Specific project timelines, deliverable scopes, and access requirements are formally established within individual client Master Service Agreements (MSA).
2. Intellectual Property & Strategic Assets
All custom creative assets, copywriting, proprietary optimization scripts, and attribution models developed by Adisoft Intelligence GmbH during an active engagement become the client's commercial license upon settlement of corresponding invoices. All baseline agency methodologies remain the exclusive property of Adisoft Intelligence GmbH.
3. Client Responsibilities & Ad Account Access
Clients agree to furnish necessary ad platform permissions, creative media assets, and verified tracking access in a timely manner. Adisoft Intelligence GmbH is not liable for campaign delivery delays caused by administrative holds, third-party network outages, or unapproved budget changes.
4. Payment Terms & Third-Party Ad Spend
All professional agency retainers and strategic sprint fees are billed according to executed service schedules. Ad network billing charges (Google Ads, Meta Ads) are paid directly by the client to respective ad platforms unless explicitly stipulated otherwise.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Adisoft Intelligence GmbH, its officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from algorithmic search index updates, third-party platform policy revisions, or ad account compliance decisions made independently by external ad networks.
6. Amendments to Terms
Adisoft Intelligence GmbH reserves the right to modify these operational terms periodically. Continued interaction with our services signifies your binding agreement to any published updates.
